Slavic Livins Lands Top 40 Hit

Last year Slavic Livins had the pleasure of working with a young and talented rapper/singer from Australia, Nick De La Hoyde, on his single “The Longest Way”. The production, recording, mixing and mastering was all done in house at Fragile Music Group. The tracking was done in Studio Max along with producer Lemoyne Alexander (LA,) who is part of the Production Team 3 Da Hardway responsible for producing albums for R.Kelly, Nuttin NyCe, and Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince among many others. The mixing and mastering of the song was completed by our very own award winning engineer Slavic Livins, who’s credits include John Legend, Snoop Dog, Korn, etc.  Slavic used Studio Eve of Fragile Music Group to mix and master the song using blend of digital and analog equipment including Lexicon 960L and SSL summing box  and other gear.  Together Slavic and LA were able to take Nick’s raw talent and bring it to another level to produce this unique track.  “The Longest Way” just reached number 36 on the Top 40 American Billboard Charts.  This is just the start.  Watch it climb!
